Operator Training Program

We are offering a 6-week training program for career changers, which will equip them with the necessary skills to excel in their new role. Upon completion of the training, individuals will begin as Operators and take on key responsibilities within the Bioconjugates area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently operate familiar parts of the production plant according to specification documents (manufacturing protocols/operating instructions/work instructions/SOP).
  • Safely and accurately execute work while adhering to safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workplace, including assigned rooms and warehouses.
  • Promote active participation in continuous improvement processes as an equal team member.
Key Requirements:
  • Vocational training (EFZ) or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Meticulous documentation skills.
  • High level of safety awareness during work execution.
  • Flexibility in work scheduling, including willingness to work in shifts (4-shift operation).
  • Proficiency in German and/or English.
  • Advantageous education in Chemical, Biology, or pharmaceutical technology.
  • Knowledge of DeltaV or MES, as well as GMP experience, is highly valued.
