Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Packaging Engineer to lead impactful projects in our dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage project objectives, timelines, and technical deliverables.
  • Lead process improvement, equipment installation, and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Train operators and technicians and oversee project reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Project and team management skills.
  • Industrial process knowledge.
  • Quality/safety standards expertise.
  • Statistical tools proficiency (e.g., Minitab).
  • Microtechnology processes understanding.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
