Title: Senior Packaging Engineer (Temporary)
Location: Le Locle
Temporary position : 1 year

Responsibilities:

- Define and manage project objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Lead process improvement, equipment installation, and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Train operators and technicians and oversee project reporting.

Profile:

- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent. Fluency in French and English.

- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role.

- Skills: Project and team management, industrial process knowledge, quality/safety standards, statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), microtechnology processes, and advanced computer skills.

- Personal: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in the medical field and regulatory compliance is a plus.
