Job Summary

Servier, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Hematology and Neuro-oncology. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in the oncology field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key stakeholders in the oncology field, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, oncology nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our oncology products to key stakeholders, providing scientific information, clinical data, and educational resources to support the adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to oncology products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure coordinated efforts and seamless execution of key account plans.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and up-to-date information on products, availability, and ordering processes.

Requirements

  • Education in Life Science (PharmD, PhD, MSc)
  • German language proficiency (C2 or mother tongue)
  • English language proficiency (C1)
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, oncology/hematology/neurooncology field experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland

  • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, oncology market dynamics, treatment guidelines, and healthcare regulations in Switzerland
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
