At Randstad (Schweiz) AG, c/o Johnson & Johnson, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Planning Analyst to join our Global Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes from supply sources to Primary Hubs.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stockouts.
- Support the Supply Network Planners in their daily tasks, including generating daily and weekly reporting, and standardizing current processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as backorders, on-time-in-full (OTIF) rates, and inventory targets.
- Contribute to the standardization of planning tools and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or operations research.
- 0-3 years of experience in a related business role, preferably in supply chain planning or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with advanced planning tools, such as OMP, Kinaxis, or APO, is a plus.
