Junior Planning Analyst

DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planning Analyst to join our Global Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes from supply sources to Primary Hubs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve inventory visibility and reduce costs.
• Support the Supply Network Planners in their daily jobs by generating daily and weekly reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including backorders, on-time-in-full (OTIF) rates, and inventory targets.
• Contribute to the standardization of planning tools and processes, and support the monthly Demand & Supply Reconciliation S&OP forums.
• Act as a Super User to support proper system set-ups and highlight potential gaps to appropriate teams.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
• 0-3 years of related business experience, preferably in a supply chain or planning role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with advanced planning tools, such as OMP, Kinaxis, or APO, is a plus.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP, or APO, is preferred.
