Junior Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Planning Analyst to join our Global Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Support the Supply Network Planners in their daily jobs by generating daily and weekly reporting, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to standardize current processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor distribution center inventory optimization and improve inventory visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics (Backorders, OTIF, Sets deployment, Inventory targets, Order Management, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
• Support Process Improvement initiatives via STEM and S&OP Workstreams.
• Contribute to the standardization of planning tools and processes.
• Support the monthly Demand & Supply Reconciliation S&OP forums.
• Support SNP Teams with MDR Related Processes.
• Proactively anticipate Supply and Demand Gaps related to MDR Projects.
• Ensure clear and consistent MDR Signal Propagation to Jabil Sites via harmonized processes.
• Act as a Super User to support proper system Set-ups and highlight potential gaps to appropriate teams.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• 0 - 3 years of related business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English (required), German / French is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience with advanced planning tools (OMP, Kinaxis, or APO).
• Good understanding of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, or APO) preferred.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau and PowerBI would be an asset.
• APICS, Green Belt, and Project Management Certification would be an asset.
• Travel will be occasional to visit Manufacturing Sites.
