We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at TN Switzerland. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring that we obtain quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Manage Supplier Relationships: You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and work closely with various departments to meet our procurement needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Negotiate Contracts: You will negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our company.
- Monitor and Manage Procurement Budgets: You will monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Departments: You will collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Oversee the Procurement Process: You will oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
