At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a skilled Construction Project Director to lead our data center construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance to our clients and oversee the successful execution of these complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project organization, goal-setting, management, scheduling, and documentation of project progress
  • Evaluate and manage project stakeholders, including client-internal departments, master planners, general contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, and others
  • Collaborate with the project manager to coordinate schedules, procurement activities, and management of fire safety and operational permits
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client needs, including design, specifications, and directives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or building services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project control of complex building construction projects, preferably in the Data Centre sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German, with ability to thrive in multicultural team environments
