Project Director Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team at Experis Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT projects that meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to deadlines and within scope.

You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

In addition, you will coordinate and manage project resources, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, and track project milestones and deliverables.

As a seasoned project manager, you will develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and cloud-based projects
  • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control
