Compliance Officer

G-20 Group is seeking a Compliance Officer to fill an important gap in our administration and help us improve all our processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on successful onboarding practices and a deep understanding of business organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the onboarding process, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, and other relevant departments to streamline and enhance onboarding procedures.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, anticipating changes and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees, cultivating a culture of compliance during onboarding.
  • Act as the go-to resource, providing timely guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Maintain meticulous records related to onboarding and compliance activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, with a strong focus on successful onboarding practices.
  • Commercial degree with further training as a Compliance Officer or equivalent training in law, or Bachelor in Laws, Business, Management.
  • Experience in dealing with legal matters and administration.
  • Skilled in planning and project management, with proven track record of task management and task completion.
  • Resourceful, thorough, and work with an analytical approach.
  • Assertive and have the ability to complete tasks without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.

We offer the position to European citizens with a valid B or C permit only.

Applicant should be able to work in Switzerland.
