As a key member of our Online Retail department, you will be responsible for executing social retail strategy to drive product discovery, enhance client journey, and optimize performance through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Implement social retail strategy in line with the Maison vision and provide support for regional teams.
- Establish a comprehensive social retail project roadmap and provide dedicated product discovery guidelines.
- Bring new recommendations and opportunities to optimize boutiques' touchpoints and features.
- Analyze and optimize performance of social retail initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the Client Relation Center and web strategy in line with HQ guidelines and expertise.
