We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Leader for our Global Marketed Brands team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business by collaborating closely with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-thinking strategy for our product portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Operations Leads responsible for supporting marketed products from our overall portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with program/project management expertise. They will possess a holistic understanding of our industry, from R&D to Process Development, Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, and supply chain planning. Expertise in manufacturing, regulatory operations, and commercial operations is essential. Fluency in English and advanced influencing skills are necessary for this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $252,000 - $396,000 per annum, along with short-term and long-term incentives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with colleagues in commercial units, GMS, and Global Quality to support product strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a manufacturing and supply strategy aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead supply network strategies, risk assessments, and mitigation efforts for product manufacturing and distribution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global lifecycle plans for marketed products.
  • Lead and develop a Product Operations Team focusing on decision-making, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological sciences, or pharmacy; additional MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in leading multicultural, cross-functional teams and complex program efforts.
  • Possessing a holistic understanding of our industry.
  • Expertise in global supply chain planning, manufacturing, and regulatory operations.
