Global Operations Finance Leader

Mission Objectives
  1. Partner with Operational teams to influence decisions by analyzing COGS data and delivering actionable insights.
  2. Deliver monthly and quarterly closing with supporting variance analysis, drive and create budget, forecasts, and long-range planning cycles.
  3. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, provide commentary into business performance, supporting key stakeholders in decision-making.
  4. Drive improvements in key COGS-related ERP processes in collaboration with group accounting and finance system experts.
  5. Coordinate the update of standard costs and transfer prices, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment across operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles.

The ideal candidate will have proven professional experience including Controlling, Auditing or Accounting, previous experience in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 experience preferred).

A strong understanding of COGS accounting principles, including inventory valuation methods, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative storytelling are essential. The successful candidate will be an excellent cross-functional team-worker, able to demystify financials and provide support to the business to deliver impactful results.
