As a Manager in Supply Chain Management, you will be part of our Intelligent Industry team in Switzerland, working in one of our offices in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva. Key Responsibilities

  • Network design & optimization (production and distribution)
  • Warehousing & fulfillment solution
  • Material flow analysis and optimization (internal and external logistics)
  • Intelligent distribution logistics
  • Spare parts and service management
  • Optimization of business processes and systems (business process reengineering)
  • Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT

Requirements

  • Academic Excellence: Masters degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of WMS tools for warehousing, SAP EWM for logistics and transfers, SAP APO, PP, PP/DS, or ANAPLAN for planning, and ARIBA for procurement
  • Consulting Experience: 6+ years of management consulting or in supply chain operations
  • Conceptual Talent: Structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level)
  • Digital Affinity: Very good MS Office skills
  • Cultural Fit: High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity)
