At MSC Cruises, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with our inventory management team, ensuring the efficient supply of crew uniforms across our fleet. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock movements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough analysis of stock levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize inventory management.

  • Monitor and manage par levels, working closely with operations teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure inventory performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage Operations managers and Hotel Operations to ensure seamless inventory management.

  • Oversee onboard consumption monitoring, adhering to established par levels and guidelines.

  • Presents business case simulations to facilitate strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights to support operational excellence.

  • Drive cross-functional projects, leveraging expertise in data analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Degree in economics or related field.

  • Proven experience in a supply chain role, preferably within the cruise industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of Excel (advanced user). Fluency in English is essential, with any additional languages a plus.
