Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end bookkeeping of the Radisson Zurich entity, management of monthly Intercompany transactions and reconciliations, and assisting with other accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform sales and purchase ledger activities, including batching and coding invoices, credit notes, and payments.
  • Register customer accounts and prepare aged debtor's analysis.
  • Conduct daily credit card reconciliation and bank postings.
  • Carry out nominal error corrections through posting correct journal entries.
  • Respond to internal and external customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Support with monthly and quarterly closings.
  • Assist in continuously improving systems and processes.
  • Provide clear communication to the Regional Finance & Asset Manager.
Requirements
  • Working experience in a hotel or accounting/finance department is preferred.
  • Well-versed with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the EMMA PMS system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
