About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Transformation Expert to join our team at risktec. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the re-/insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop digital solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Design and document digital products, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that digital solutions meet their needs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
