Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding key customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client goals and challenges, working collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions.
- Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, building trust and delivering exceptional results.
- Expertise in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle.
- Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and digital trends, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing your expertise and driving sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in account management or sales, with a strong understanding of digital products and technology.
- 8+ years experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
