About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Skribble, a leading e-signing platform in the DACH region. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a vital role in supporting and advising customers on the implementation and integration of our solutions.

Job Description

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform by providing expert guidance on its application across various business areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing, to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in navigating change required in their business processes
  • Negotiate contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Run customer campaigns with the Marketing team or support them in finding customer stories
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Success with a good understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS company
  • Experience in identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Experience in stakeholder management in complex projects
  • German is your native language, and you are fluent in English
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • You possess strong communication, empathy, and pragmatic skills
  • You enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment
