Job Summary

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die Abteilung IT Operations der Genossenschaft Migros Zürich. Als IT Operations Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Wartung der Jobnetze für die Dialog- und Batch-Produktion, inklusive Recovery und Restart.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Die Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Wartung der Jobnetze für die Dialog- und Batch-Produktion, inklusive Recovery und Restart
  • Die Verwaltung der Produktionstermine und die Einplanung und Übernahme von neuen Applikationen in die Produktion
  • Die Betreuung von Archivlösungen im Bereich SAP HR und SAP FI/CO und der e-Workflow Lösung für SAP FI/CO
  • Die Veranlassung von Tuning- und Performance-Massnahmen
  • Die Beratung und Betreuung der Anwendenden und der Systementwicklung in Belangen der Produktion und der Ablauforganisation
  • Die Einrichtung von qualitätsverbessernden Massnahmen (QS) und Eskalationsverfahren
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit und Unterstützung in Projekt- und Arbeitsgruppen

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ) Maturität oder abgeschlossene Informatik- oder Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Job-Automatisation
  • Technische und operative Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen UNIX und SAP
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst und gelegentliche, geplante Wochenendeinsätze
  • Flexible und offene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist und guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Französisch (von Vorteil)
