- On-Site Support: Provide IT support on-site at our external locations, ensuring seamless IT services and minimizing downtime.
- Project Implementation: Independently implement IT projects in coordination with IT management, driving innovation and improvement in our IT systems.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with IT colleagues from various business units, fostering collaboration and ensuring a unified IT strategy.
- Cybersecurity: Actively contribute to a modern cybersecurity culture, promoting best practices and ensuring the security of our IT systems.
- Education and Certifications: Education in IT or certifications in the Microsoft environment are essential for this role.
- Professional Experience: Professional experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft, networking, storage, backup is required. Initial experience in cloud computing, M365, Azure Virtual Desktop is advantageous, as is experience with VMware (ESXi).
- Soft Skills: A hands-on mentality, strong service orientation, high quality standards, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Language Skills: German native or fluent, with English a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel in Europe is required, with a valid driver's license necessary for on-site support.
