Job Overview:
This position will focus on the commercialization strategy, with emphasis on workflow launches, existing workflows as well as sales enablement and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with local sales organizations in EMEA, business development and commercial excellence teams to define revenue growth strategies for workflow solutions.
- Build commercial models and value propositions that reflect the combined advantages of digital and non-digital dental and lab solutions.
- Support local organizations with transformation to new sales approaches and business models.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the commercialization of digital workflows.
About the ideal candidate:
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in marketing and sales, preferably in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
