Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Export Sales Specialist to join our international team. As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating orders from intake to delivery, managing invoices and payments, and providing administrative support to customers and Area Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate orders from intake to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage invoices and monitor incoming payments, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare necessary export documents, including customs forms and certificates of origin.
- Provide administrative support to customers and Area Sales Managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Correspond with customers in English, via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Organize business trips, internal meetings, and external events, ensuring seamless logistics and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in order administration and export management.
- Excellent knowledge of English, with basic German skills; Spanish proficiency is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with SAP software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to take personal responsibility, demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, and maintain a high level of quality and diligence.
