International Export Coordinator with Sales Support Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Export Coordinator to join our team at Securiton AG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders from receipt to delivery, including invoicing and payment monitoring.
  • Trigger order confirmations to customers and monitor delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare necessary export documents and provide administrative support to customers and Area Sales Managers.
  • Cultivate excellent communication skills in English, with basic German knowledge and Spanish as a plus.
  • Utilize SAP expertise to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a confident demeanor and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or business school education.
  • Proven experience in order administration and export coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAP software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
