We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Export Coordinator to join our team at Securiton AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders from intake to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Trigger order confirmations to customers, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Monitor delivery deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet set targets.
  • Prepare necessary export documents, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to customers and Area Sales Managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct correspondence in English, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Organize trips and internal/external meetings, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in order administration and export operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with basic German and Spanish proficiency an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Confident manner, assertiveness, and effective communication skills in diverse cultural settings.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and well-organized, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
