About the Opportunity
The National Account Manager will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with key partners for one of our global clients from the pharmaceutical industry based in Switzerland. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with a distributed team located mainly in Switzerland and the United States to drive business growth and customer success.
This is not just a sales role; it's about cultivating lasting value and driving customer happiness through innovative use of our platform. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business goals, navigating the full sales cycle, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
We're looking for a team-oriented, driven individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for acquiring new knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to interact in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities
