Als Pricing- und Portfolio-Manager (w/m/d) bei Helvetia Insurance Group bist du für die Analyse der Performance und Profitabilität von Produkten und Partnerschaften verantwortlich. Du entwickelst Tarife für neue Produkte und Partnerschaften und baust, aktualisierst und auswertest regelmäßige Reporting mit Excel und Power BI. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Pricing-Tools zu unterstützen und den Vertrieb und das Produktmanagement bei Ausschreibungen und Vertragserneuerungen zu unterstützen.

Deine Qualifikation

Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, benötigen wir jemanden mit einem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft oder Naturwissenschaften. Relevante Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld ist von Vorteil. Du solltest ein gutes Verständnis von MS-Office haben, insbesondere ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse. Erfahrung mit Power BI ist ebenfalls wünschenswert. Teamorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, konstruktiv und vertrauensvoll mit anderen Bereichen zusammenzuarbeiten, sind unerlässlich. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und logisches Denken sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Präzise, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität, Offenheit und Zielorientierung sind wichtige Qualifikationen für diese Position.
