Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Neuchâtel. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec nos clients, de la coordination des projets et de la direction de l'équipe de projet.
Responsabilités
- Gestion des relations avec la clientèle
- Coordination des projets
- Direction de l'équipe de projet
- Gestion des bons de commande
- Gestion des factures
- Diriger les réunions de l'équipe du projet
- Définir et gérer efficacement les attentes du projet
- Coordonner les activités au sein des équipes de projet
- Élaborer des plans et des échéanciers de projet
- Fournir une assistance en temps réel aux utilisateurs externes
Compétences requises
- Diplôme en Commerce International, des sciences ou de l'ingénierie
- Expérience confirmée dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement et dans un domaine pharmaceutique ou Biotech
- Expérience de plusieurs années dans un environnement international
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets interfonctionnels et personnels
- Connaissance et interprétation des cGMPs
