Customer Service Manager

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Neuchâtel. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec nos clients, de la coordination des projets et de la direction de l'équipe de projet.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion des relations avec la clientèle
  • Coordination des projets
  • Direction de l'équipe de projet
  • Gestion des bons de commande
  • Gestion des factures
  • Diriger les réunions de l'équipe du projet
  • Définir et gérer efficacement les attentes du projet
  • Coordonner les activités au sein des équipes de projet
  • Élaborer des plans et des échéanciers de projet
  • Fournir une assistance en temps réel aux utilisateurs externes

Compétences requises

  • Diplôme en Commerce International, des sciences ou de l'ingénierie
  • Expérience confirmée dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement et dans un domaine pharmaceutique ou Biotech
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans un environnement international
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets interfonctionnels et personnels
  • Connaissance et interprétation des cGMPs
