Job Title: Property Management Assistant

Job Overview:

As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve requests efficiently.
  • Facilitate lease terminations, manage contracts, and process amendments.
  • Oversee rental-related activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Handle invoicing, claims processing, and work order management.
  • Conduct property viewings and assist prospective tenants.
  • Support the preparation of property financial accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, property owners, regulatory authorities, and contractors.
  • Assist the property manager with various operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management within Switzerland.
  • Possession of a Commercial employee CFC qualification.
  • Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
