Impact and Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Specialist in Europe, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. Your primary focus will be on lease negotiations and renewals, where you will lead and coordinate processes, communicate with landlords, and prepare renewal proposals for senior management approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lease negotiation processes, ensuring effective communication with landlords and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals to senior management, highlighting key financial and operational considerations.
• Liaise with the Maisons to confirm financial feasibility and support the CAR process, as well as coordinate construction due diligence aspects of the project.
• Monitor Leasing KPIs, including TOR and lease expiration dates.

Asset Management

• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and other retailers.
• Organize, plan, and prepare documents for presentations at Real Estate monthly or quarterly meetings.
• Maintain a Project lease tracking document for the region, including lease summaries, floor plans, and project information.
• Support the RE director Europe in portfolio management, including operational and construction issues, management, and negotiation.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Monitor competitors' and leasing trends information.
• Manage database development and analytics, including competitive sales, site plans, and other critical data for decision-making.
• Coordinate Europe Real Estate data on various topics, including performance and leasing.
• Monitor Retail Performance KPIs, including non-profitable boutiques, boutiques under scrutiny, and top 10 cities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail brokerage, real estate, or property management in a complex and multicultural organization.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and influence numerous stakeholders across Maisons, functions, and countries.
• Organizational skills to perform technical analysis, evaluation, and reporting in a qualitative and timely manner.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with any other languages such as French being a plus.
