We are a private Swiss asset management firm, based in Geneva, specializing in the Swiss and German real estate sectors. We seek a highly skilled Asset Management Professional proficient in German, French, and English with a solid understanding of accounting or audit processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**


• Manage property and company accounts, ensuring full compliance with internal and local regulations.


• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets for multiple real estate entities.


• Oversee receivables/payables tracking and assist in preparing tax assessments in line with legal requirements.


• Support the asset management team with daily accounting tasks, including P&L and cash flow analysis.


• Enhance and maintain reporting models, integrating property management data seamlessly.


• Coordinate with property and facility management teams and external service providers across Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.


• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.


• Conduct on-site property visits as required to ensure operational standards are met.


• Manage document control processes and actively participate in ongoing projects.

**Requirements:**


• Proficiency in German, French, and English (B2 or higher).


• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.


• Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.


• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Highly motivated to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
