Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at EM Microelectronic-Marin SA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on IC Front-end equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and Field Service Engineers to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements to increase uptime and reliability.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to equipment noise and vibrations. Regular travel to external suppliers and Field Service Engineers may be required.
