Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician - Equipment Specialist at EM Microelectronic-Marin SA, you will be responsible for performing preventive and curative maintenance on IC Front-end equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and generate action plans to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Follow weekly planning and reporting to ensure preventive maintenance is carried out efficiently.
  • Log equipment status in the CAMSTAR system and communicate maintenance activities in the computer logbook.
  • Prepare spare parts, documents, and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements to increase uptime and reliability.
  • Interact with external suppliers and Field Service Engineers to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
  • Track spare parts in the warehouse and adjust stock counts using dedicated software.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal procedures and follow improvement projects with the in-house project manager.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. You will be required to work flexible hours, including overtime, to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
