Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at EM Microelectronic-Marin SA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our IC Front-end equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and curative maintenance on IC Front-end equipment to minimize downtime and ensure maximum uptime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective action plans to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Log equipment status and maintenance activities in the CAMSTAR system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate maintenance activities and status to relevant stakeholders through the computer logbook (pass-down file).
  • Prepare and maintain spare parts, documents, and tools necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance reliability and safety.
  • Interact with external suppliers and Field Service Engineers to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Track and manage spare parts inventory using dedicated software.
  • Propose improvements to equipment design and functionality to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures (OPL / ITD / PM Check list) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the in-house project manager on improvement projects and equipment installations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of IC Front-end equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
