We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Associate to join our team.
Job Description:
- Support a Senior Relationship Manager with daily operations and client management tasks.
- Handle client inquiries, account openings, and updates efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth account management and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage transactions, prepare reports, and monitor account activities for risk and compliance purposes.
- Organize client meetings, business trips, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a client-facing role in Private Banking, preferably with Russian clients.
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge, with the ability to apply this expertise in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, organized, and thrives in dynamic environments, with a team player mentality and a service-oriented approach.
- Advanced IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
