Job Description
As a Relationship Manager Assistant, you will be part of the central Service Executive Team in Zurich, acting as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives regarding client-related queries, supporting them in delivering excellent client service.
About You
- You have a deep understanding of client lifecycle operations and can provide expert advice and guidance to Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives.
- You have a strong attention to detail, are meticulous, methodical, and concise, with high service standards and attitude.
- You are a strong team player, able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task, and possess basic knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
- You have four to five years of Financial Services experience in a service role and/or a college degree, with fluency in English; other languages a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives regarding client-related queries.
- Support Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives in delivering excellent client service.
- Take ownership of assigned processes and activities, ensuring upward feedback for continuous improvement of service quality.
- Understand internal support functions' needs and be the internal point of contact between Coverage Teams and support functions.
- Support other groups of expertise/team members when faced with increased workload.
