We are recruiting a highly motivated Business Support Specialist / Sample management to join our client, a global Pharmaceutical company, based in Basel area, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Sample Request process, ensuring timely shipment of samples to support registration/submission processes with Health Authorities.
- Manage the Discontinuation Process of products no longer needed, ensuring proper removal from all company systems.
- Identify suitable samples in SAP to ensure timely registration and submission to Health Authorities meet target deadlines in collaboration with Customer Service, Planning, Distribution, and Requestor teams.
- Lead assigned Discontinuation projects in the Atom system and manage product and material code discontinuations in Agile system. Follow up with stakeholders to resolve delays promptly.
- Monitor and report on monthly Discontinuation projects and Sample requests, maintaining KPI accuracy to align priorities, resolve issues, and identify process improvements.
- Develop and implement KPIs for relevant processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support creation and review of procedures for key processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
