Field Service Technician

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our Operations team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for on-site installations of our innovative systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Verity's systems according to established procedures.
  • Conduct thorough tests and calibrations to guarantee system functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback on processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Be prepared for international travel up to 100% of the time, with flexibility to work nights and weekends during these trips.

Requirements:

  • Technical certifications or vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in installing integrated systems, encompassing hardware and software.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in setting up network equipment.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with Linux and basic terminal commands (a plus).
