Helio AG is a Swiss startup revolutionizing the cloud industry with its carbon-aware platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our product to 2 million ARR within the next months and driving further growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our founder and CCO to develop and execute our go-to-market strategy.
  • Iterate and refine our marketing approach to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence for Helio Cloud through 3D rendering and digital content.
  • Optimize our AARRR metrics to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Manage and execute inbound lead-gen channels, including events, social media, and partnerships.
  • Support product activation initiatives such as content creation, mailings, and more.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to improve product retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate high-quality referrals for our PLG and Sales-led motion.
  • Provide sales teams with supporting materials like case studies, website content, and video assets.
You'll Thrive in This Role If
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You possess a strong technical understanding and can navigate complex data sets.
  • You are reliable, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working independently and collaboratively.
  • You are highly data-driven, entrepreneurial, and organized, with proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Segment, and Mixpanel.
  • A fluent level of English is required, and German skills are a bonus.
