Marketing Event Coordinator Role Overview

Akris AG is an internationally active fashion company, creating fashion and accessories with architectural lines for the modern woman. As a Marketing Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term event strategies to boost brand awareness, attract new audiences, and shape brand perception.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global events, manage supplier coordination, event planning, and operational follow-ups.
  • Support local markets with event execution, providing guidelines, best practices, and feedback.
  • Position events as a central component of 360° marketing and social media communication.
  • Enhance retail experiences and gather event data to support holistic customer journey management across teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends through a monthly Competitor Report to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A commercial or retail apprenticeship with additional marketing or business qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role
  • Solid retail experience in the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams
  • Proficient in German and English (both written and oral)
