Planner Api

As a Planner API at CSL Vifor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operations of the End-to-End Manufacturing Supply Chain at site St.Gallen. You will be responsible for production planning and detailed scheduling, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating closely with various teams to meet production targets and customer demands. Your meticulous planning and strategic thinking will be instrumental in maintaining the highest level of operational excellence.

Your main tasks will mean that you
- Will manage rolling 18 months production planning to fulfil target stock,
- Ensure business continuity in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) for API Manufacturing St. Gallen,
- Maintain optimal reorder point for BOM-materials and process based on E2E requirements and risk analysis. Keep close collaboration with our Purchasing function to cover the needs,
- Maintain master data and product costing in the ERP system,
- Build sustainable relationships at peer level with suppliers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Quality, Production, Regulatory, IT and Sales),
- Responsible for reporting monthly stock report and coverage rates.

To this role, you
- Bring experience in managing line planning
- Plan and decide about short term production changes within 1-4 weeks horizon if needed,
- Decide and freeze production planning on 4 weeks horizon,
- Manage long term 18 months planning. Decision competence within target stock range, propose plan if planning is outside range,
- Change target stock levels of raw materials and process aid where needed within financial inventory target range to cover business continuity,
- Bring experience in SAP- ,
- Share advanced expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel,
- Bring strong communication skills: fluent in English and German language,
- Bring a Bachelor degree in the field of Supply chain, Production management or Economy/Business Administration
- Bring knowledge in GMP and / or GDP environments.
