Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützt und übernimmst selbständig verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich HR Operations, wie z.B. die Verwaltung von Personaldossiers, die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und die Pflege von Zeiterfassungssystemen.
  • Kümmerst um die verschiedensten Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Reports und der Datenaufbereitung für Audits.
  • Arbeitest bei Bedarf auch in den Bereichen Learning & Development, HR Business Partner und Recruiting mit.
  • Unterstützt den Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozess aktiv mit und gestaltest ihn mit.

Dein Profil:

  • Hast einen Universitäts-/Hochschulabschluss oder einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund (vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt HR).
  • Hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich.
  • Verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Überzeugst durch eine präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Bist eine belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit stetigem Interesse an deiner Weiterentwicklung.
