Financial Consultant for Sales and Pricing

Job Summary
The Financial Sales and Pricing Consultant will play a key role in driving sales performance and pricing strategies for our Diagnostics business in Switzerland and Point of Care business in Germany.
This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, pricing strategies, and sales operations. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support sales and pricing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive sales performance and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive sales performance and pricing strategies.
About You
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with experience in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and sales operations. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degree or certifications in finance, accounting, or a related field are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a must.
