We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our hybrid power products for mobile networks and cellphone tower applications.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and collaborate with global mobile network operators on customized roll-outs
- Consult with internal and external customers on electrical and fiber optic dimensioning of mobile network cells/towers
- Transfer market/customer demands into specifications for new products and services
- Initiate and monitor product development initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analyses, converting them into business cases
- Initiate product developments, develop the product offering, and execute worldwide product launches
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficacy and efficiency of the product range assigned to you.
Collaboration and LeadershipIn close collaboration with market management, you will lead product-focused sales promotion initiatives in sales organizations, at customer sites, and exhibitions.
Requirements- Technical background and education in business management (e.g., advanced technical college or university), ideally electrical engineering
- Electrical know-how for the dimensioning of power lines for mobile radio towers preferred
- Professional experience as a Product Manager
- Knowledge of fiber optics and mobile network applications desirable
- Good communication skills, self-disciplined, and structured
- Strong 'can do' attitude
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 10% of working time)
