Head of HR Services

Main Responsibilities
As the Head of HR Services, you will be responsible for leading the HR Services team in alignment with servant leadership principles. This includes offering functional and disciplinary guidance, fostering the ongoing development of the team, and implementing standardized digital solutions across the organization.
Your Profile
- Higher Degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Management, etc.)
- Several years of practical leadership experience in HR Services, Process Management, or other related areas in an international company or start-up environment
- Deep experience in digitalization and automation of HR processes and affinity for modern and lean IT technologies, including HR information systems (payroll tools, etc.)
- Expertise in (Swiss) employment and social security law
- Extensive process management experience
- Strong leadership skills based on servant leadership principles, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage change, and drive innovation
- Entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented thinking coupled with a pragmatic can-do attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with a high flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to new, complex issues and requirements
- Fluency in English required, additional German and French an asset
