Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Senior Global Quality Strategist. This position requires a strong background in quality assurance and control, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and the company's vision.

  • Define and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures across the entire value chain.

  • Ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, ISO 22716, GMP).

  • Establish and drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.

  • Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), FDA regulations, EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC 1223/2009), and other relevant global standards.

  • Experience in luxury cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or personal care is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in leading quality for multi-site operations, including internal manufacturing, third-party manufacturers, and suppliers.

  • Experience with new product development (NPD) quality and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.

  • Expertise in handling regulatory audits and interactions with regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, European health agencies).
