Regional Customer Satisfaction Leader

We are seeking a Regional Customer Satisfaction Leader to join our team at BYD Europe. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance partner service performance and drive customer satisfaction goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner service performance, set annual targets, and ensure goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to establish after-sales agreements with new distributors.
  • Conduct regular regional visits, organize meetings, workshops, and activities with partners, reviewing business plans and securing quality of our service network.
  • Investigate market information, cooperate with HQ on business planning, and manage customer satisfaction goals in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
Main Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, acquired by education or work experience, with strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven experience as an After Sales Manager within an OEM environment, preferably automotive, with affinity for electric mobility.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent English and German language skills, and willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad.
  • Customer service and automobile-related working experience, with knowledge of other CEE languages or Chinese a plus.
