Bioconjugates Process Expert for Biopharma Manufacturing

We are currently seeking a highly skilled MSAT Bioconjugates Process Expert to support our growth project Vibe-X, a customer-dedicated plant for a conjugated vaccine.
This role will play a crucial part in the commissioning of the facility and realization of PPQ and further production campaigns.
You will be responsible for delivering process know-how, scientific expertise, and operational excellence with regard to biopharma API production.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring right first-time process technology transfer and manufacturability, change control management, supporting production campaigns, leading process troubleshooting, and process optimization through regular data analysis.
To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in Bioconjugation methodologies, biopharma manufacturing, and/or process development, preferably in the area of Bioconjugates.
A Master's or PhD in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines with a focus on organic chemistry is preferred.
Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with downstream processing, such as chromatography and filtration techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound technical decisions are essential.
cGMP experience and a deep understanding of Bioprocess technology are also required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment are necessary.
Fluency in English is a must, and German would be an advantage.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
