Complaint Resolution Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at ONWARD (GTX Medical). As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring patient safety by managing product complaints related to our medical devices.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle product complaints efficiently in accordance with internal procedures. This includes registering complaints, receiving and decontaminating returned goods (if necessary), investigating root causes with cross-functional teams, gathering relevant data, and recommending corrective actions.
Responsibilities- Complaint Handling: Manage product complaints related to our medical devices, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high-quality standards within ONWARD.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of complaints with cross-functional teams, gathering relevant data, and recommending corrective actions.
- Documentation: Document and manage complaint data and test results in global systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Manufacturing teams to resolve product quality and safety concerns.
About You
- Bachelor's or master degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in the medical device field, with a solid understanding of ISO quality management standards.
- Experience in complaints handling, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
